4. Vehicle Tuning & Performance Modifications

Performance tuning and aftermarket modifications can increase stress on vehicle components and may result in:

  • Reduced engine or drivetrain lifespan
  • Increased wear and tear
  • Component failure
  • Voided manufacturer warranties
  • Loss of emissions compliance

By purchasing tuning services or performance modifications from DBR High Performance LLC, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

DBR High Performance LLC is not liable for damage resulting from:

  • Aggressive driving
  • Racing
  • Improper installation
  • Mechanical failure
  • Pre-existing vehicle conditions
  • Third-party modifications
  • Customer misuse or neglect

Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is mechanically sound before tuning or modification services are performed.

5. Dyno Tuning & Remote Tuning

Customers understand that dyno tuning and remote tuning involve inherent risks. By participating in these services, customers agree that:

  • All tuning results may vary depending on fuel quality, altitude, weather, maintenance, and vehicle condition.
  • DBR High Performance LLC does not guarantee horsepower gains or track performance results.
  • Remote tuning customers are responsible for properly following instructions and safely operating their vehicle.

DBR High Performance LLC reserves the right to discontinue tuning support if unsafe conditions or mechanical concerns are identified.

6. Product Sales

All sales are subject to product availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders
  • Limit quantities
  • Correct pricing errors
  • Discontinue products without notice

Product images and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and may vary from the actual product.

7. Returns & Refunds

All return requests must be approved by DBR High Performance LLC prior to return shipment.

The following items are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated:

  • ECU or TCM unlock services
  • Electrical components

  • Special-order items

Approved returns may be subject to:

  • Restocking fees
  • Shipping charges
  • Inspection prior to refund approval

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

8. Shipping & Delivery

DBR High Performance LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carriers
  • Weather
  • Customs
  • Supply chain interruptions
  • Incorrect customer information

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for inspecting packages upon arrival and reporting damage promptly.
