From a young age, David Branson developed a passion for working on and racing anything with wheels. What started with four-wheelers and dirt bikes quickly turned into a lifelong career in high performance and motorsports. With over 30 years of experience in the performance industry, David has built a reputation for quality work, attention to detail, and results. Since founding DBR High Performance in 2008, he has remained committed to the core values that continue to guide the company today: Integrity — Being honest with customers, even when the news is not what they want to hear. Quality — Never cutting corners and only delivering work that the DBR name can proudly stand behind. Faith & Family — Honoring God through the business, with family always coming first. Jack Hunter
Brand Experience
Jack Hunter is the fourth generation of his family to be involved in high performance and motorsports. “From the time I could walk, I was at Top Fuel and vintage dragster races, soaking it all in.” At DBR, Jack focuses on delivering a high-level customer experience from start to finish, spanning media production, events, marketing, sales, customer communication, and brand development. He works to ensure every customer feels taken care of throughout the entire process. You can usually find Jack in the DBR dyno room filming the next dyno video.
Terry Cole
Foreman
Terry Cole brings over 30 years of automotive experience to the DBR High Performance team. Throughout his career, Terry has served as Shop Foreman for Sears Automotive, Lucas Chevrolet, and most recently Mercedes-Benz of Music City. Terry specializes in advanced diagnostics, drivability, and maintenance. He has earned multiple industry certifications, including GM Master Certified and Mercedes-Benz Master Certified status. His decades of hands-on experience and attention to detail make him an invaluable part of the DBR team.

Based in Spring Hill, Tennessee, we are proud to be an active part of Middle Tennessee's automotive culture and beyond. From hosting charity car meets to participating in local and national car shows and events, we love bringing people together over a shared passion for performance.
We are committed to giving back, having donated to various local charities and missions throughout the years. When devastating floods struck North Carolina, DBR rallied together with the community to raise a significant amount of money and loaded up an entire trailer full of supplies — then drove it straight to the towns that needed it most, delivering directly to the shelters that had been set up for displaced families. No middleman, just people helping people. We also proudly offer a 15% discount on labor to all active military personnel and veterans — because those who serve deserve to be recognized.
